Schedule
The conference runs all day, Thursday July 24th, Friday the 25th, and Saturday
the 26th. Because of this, we recommend that attendees come by Wednesday
evening, and stay over until Saturday or Sunday morning to avoid missing out on any
meetings or fellowship time.
A detailed schedule will not be ready until June as we sign up speeches, workshop leaders, and discussion sessions. However, a general conference schedule overview looks like this:
3:00 PM Wednesday - Conference grounds open
9:00 AM Thursday - First session starts
7:00 PM Thursday - Last session completes
9:00 AM Friday - First session starts
7:00 PM Friday - Last session completes
9:00 AM Saturday - First session starts
6:00 PM Saturday - Last session completes (but dinner afterwards)
1:00 PM Sunday - Conference grounds close

Costs
The cost for the three day conference, with breakfast, lunch and dinner
provided, is only $90. For those who can only stay two days or less, a $75
reduced rate is available. On-campus housing is available at the rate of
$15 a night. Additionally, several sponsorship packages are available. If
you are planning on attending with two or more people from the same company
or organization, you should strongly consider one of these packages. Your donations
and support will help keep the costs down for the rest of the attendees.
For more information on sponsorship, please visit the sponsors page.
Registration is open. Please visit the registration page. You can pay via PayPal, or wait and pay at the conference (but please still register so we can make plans).
